The purpose of the Recruiter role is to build the foundation for a successful career at Insight Global, whilst helping people find jobs. You’re learning how to review CVs, conduct interviews, prepare candidates to meet hiring managers and then sell their unique talent. The job is not easy. We believe the key to establishing long-lasting business partnerships in sales is built on trust and added value. Our Account Managers work directly with hiring managers. They make an initial connection through digital lead generation, networking and cold calls, and become valuable partners advising clients on hiring best practices along the way.
As clients submit vacancies, Account Managers work hand-in-hand with our recruiting team to present highly-qualified candidates, market data, and solutions for any given project. To be a successful Account Manager, we look for go-getters who love the challenge of the sale, and are willing to adapt to the speed of the game.
