In 2007, after 4 years hard work, we found ourselves with a 450 page Parts Catalogue. It was something I was immensely proud of as I realised that it was the best in the business. The problem was that I needed to find a company capable of transferring all of this info onto our (rather poor at the time) website. I knew what I wanted and realised that something bespoke would be required.
I contacted plenty of companies who were offering standard 'off the peg' packages which clearly were not up to the job. It became clear that I needed to find a company with a little more 'nouse' who could think outside the box and come up with a tailored solution.
It was then that I discovered Insight Global and realised that my dream could be achieved.
After many discussions, testing various ideas and spending time understanding how my company operated, George Brown came up with the perfect solution. He designed and built a brand new website and a state of the art shop which is linked to our system. The result is, I believe, the best side in the business and certainly the envy of our competitors.
We worked very closely together throughout the entire project and I think we have achieved the perfect solution.
Since the site was launched, sales have increase by 10% with overseas sales up by 30%. We are now selling a much wider range of products and our customer base is increasing daily.
